This ice cream is gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free
Ice Cream Ingredients
250g dairy free butter
½ cup coconut sugar or maple syrup
800ml coconut cream
Method
- Place butter and sugar or syrup in a saucepan on low heat. Melt and whisk together.
- Whisk in the coconut cream
- Simmer for 3-5 minutes
Finishing
- Allow to cool
- Pour into container
- Place in the freezer for approximately 8+ hours or until set.
To Serve
- Take ice cream out of freezer about 10-15 minutes before serving to soften slightly
- Top with fruit of your choice or have it plain.
Storage
Keep in an air tight container in the freezer.
