Soft Serve Mango Ice Cream

This ice cream is gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free


Ice Cream Ingredients

4 ripe mangoes
1/3 cup macadamia oil
1/3 cup raw unprocessed honey
400ml coconut cream


 Method

  1. Skin mangoes and chop up the flesh into cubes.
  2. Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

Finishing

  1. Pour into ice cream maker or alternatively pour into container and place in freezer and stir every 1 hour until set.
  2. This is a soft serve ice cream so it won’t go super hard.

To Serve

  1. Eat it plain.
  2. Top with fruit of your choice.

Storage

Keep in an air tight container in the freezer.
